We used several different care services in a search for one that provided very personal, well matched staff to support our family. Once we found Touching Hearts, we found what became members of our family. We used their services for several years, and their staff were with us every step of the way. They provided regular updates, made our elder family so joyous and connected with their team, and advised us when we needed help navigating aging challenges. The communication was always instant, thorough, and very open-honest. They helped us work through challenges with other elder services, and put us in contact with amazing support teams. All around, this service became members of our family, supported us more than we could have ever asked, and were a blessing more than can be expressed. They were professional, safety focused, and ultimately connected more personally than anyone we ever experienced as we sought the best care for our family member. I would never hesitate to call them for help, refer them to those we love, and thank them for amazing care.

Touching Hearts has been wonderful! They sent a caregiver to help with my mom the next day after I called them for help. I felt like they did everything they could to help my mom. When I was out of town and my mom needed some toilet paper they brought her some. When she had a plumbing situation when I was out of town they sent someone over to see what was wrong so I could call a plumber to get it fixed. The only reason I stopped using them is because my mom went into assisted living. I would highly recommend Touching Hearts!

Working for Touching Hearts at Home is enjoyable and I like the flexibility of working when I want to. The open door of communication with staff is always helpful and the educational opportunities are very beneficial. Additionally the company is always on top of issues or needs that may arise with those we serve. I appreciate the support and the focus the company has on providing the best services possible.
