  Stephen G. is phenomenal can I give him 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Where do I start, I'm grateful for meeting him during an important time while purchasing a new car. Honest, timely, fair, and always in good spirit. Always kind and professional willing to assist how he can. The team has to be equally as amazing with him leading the charge. Stephen is also really proud to be able to assist the customer's, I've seen him interact with a few customers and he treats us all the same, man or woman. To the owner of this location you have a real gem in Stephen and his abilities to connect with customers creating trust and building lifelong partnerships with integrity. Thank you to the entire staff for truly caring and making clients feel welcomed and valued.

  This is a truly great shop. Was referred to them by carmax, and I can understand why they work with them. Carmax wasn’t going to be able to get me in for about a week; this shop got me in that day, diagnosed the issue immediately (wheel bearing), and overnighted the part and had it back to me the very next day. I looked on Kelly blue book for the national fair price estimate for the work they did, and they were well within the range too, so they’re not trying to gouge you for your money either. Fair prices, great work, and Stephen was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They even offered me a loaner car for the night at no extra fee, although I ultimately declined to use it, as I was able to borrow a retired family member’s car for the night. Thanks again to everyone at Import Auto, and to Carmax for the great recommendation!

  We have been going to Import Auto Repair since moving to GA, almost three years now. They have always been fair and honest. Never try to push us to do any service that was not needed. Always have good advice to offer when asked. Great guys!

  Auto Import's was great. Not only did they repair our Van in a timely fashion. They diagnosed the problem sent pictures on everything they were going to. They repaired everything and got our Van back to in less than 24 hours which was critical. Very impressed and happy. We will continue to use them in future. Thanks Austin and Stephen

  Amazing paint job on my brand new BMW. Had a small incident requiring buffing and painting of my bumper. The guys were able to match my color exactly and get it to look brand new again!! Highly recommended, very attentive, and courteous service!
