Eric and all the guys are so nice. Alwats get 5 star service. They are my go to for tires, flats and other vehicle maintenance. Make an appointment for quicker service - they are quite popular.
Jesse didn't hesitate to help me. He put air in my tires and didn't ignore me. Very pleasant on a hot day
Even though they couldn’t help replace my tire the man who was helping me was very nice and was very knowledgeable. I didn’t catch his name but I'm thankful he helped me. He didn’t have to go that extra mile. I’ll always refer people to big O tire for that reason. It’s not how the job is done it’s how you do it!
Thank you to the rep who helped me on 7-2-21!!
They were quick only one small issue
I have been a customer of this location for over 15 years and I love the quality and level of customer service that I receive EVERY time I take my vehicle in for service. There's no other auto shop in Bakersfield that can compare to Big O Tires on Mall View Rd. I will continue to patronize this location until I relocate out of Kern County. They are awesome!

Visiting Angels seemed like the perfect option to provide the extra help we needed so they could remain in their home. At first, things seemed to be working well. We called Visiting Angels to tell them about the situation and they didn't seem overly concerned about doing anything to rectify it.
