I recently had a 5k service performed @ Frazier’s 2 weeks ago. I rode my bike for the 1st time other than straight home after picking up from their service department September 11. I contacted them Wednesday the 14th to inform them I needed to bring my bike back because I felt it wasn’t right and it was making noises I’ve never heard before. I am from that I was bringing it in that morning and a friend of mine was dropping it off for me. My friend ended up calling me back saying he was told he couldn’t drop off my bike. I called them back to find out where the disconnect was from the conversation we had earlier that morning. I was informed they couldn’t get it in for 2 to 3 weeks. This was obviously unacceptable as I didn’t feel comfortable riding my bike any longer. I was told about Wilson at Doc slicks by several of my friends from the Grateful Few and my member riders with the Blue Knights of Georgia. Wilson took my bike in same day! He removed the junk oil (I paid for Synthetic @ the dealer) that was put in my Prkmary case. Wilson uncovered my brakes were never checked for condensation. My brake fluid look like antifreeze!!! Wilson flushed it and replaced it as Should’ve been at least checked at the dealer and advise the customer of the issue. I even got photographs of one of the technicians cleaning my bike after the service sent to my phone. I picked my bike up today and it has definitely made a huge difference From the care and concern the staff @ Doc Slicks’s showed for not only my bike but myself as well. If you ever need your bike worked on don’t let anyone touch it if you value your bike as much as I Do!

I went to Doc Slicks after spending a bunch of money with Harley, and continued to have issues. Doc Slick repaired my bike and serviced all of my engine oils. I was very pleased with the professionalism, speed of service, and reasonable price.
