Sunrise at Webb Gin

Sunrise has a fantastic care team and mom my feels safe there. She has made relationships with the other residents there as well as the staff and is happy with most everything.

I knew when I walked into Sunrise Webb Gin that this would be the place for the husband. The first person I talked with on the phone met me to give me a tour of the facility. It felt like home. She was wonderful. She introduced me to many staff people and to Jim, the Executive Director. All were/are so nice. I told Jim that this was the place for the husband and after checking out a couple other places, I was back and the husband moved into a space that was just right for his needs.

He has been there for amost 3 years and I have had peace of mind because I know that the husband is being taken care of properly. Everyone from the effecient med- techs who give the medicine, to the house keepers, the laundry persons, the caregivers (residents are checked on frequently during the day) the chefs and dining room staff and all who serve the resicents, the receptionists who greet us, Sunrise Webb Gin has the best. The nursing staff knows what to do and if there is an emergency, they take care of it and let me know. I have complete trust in them.
The Sales Director and Activities Director are great. They are welcoming, warm and friendly make you feel incuded and welcome. The people at the reception desk are so good at what they do and that's a lot!
There are a variety of activities so residents have a choice of things to do each day. There are beautiful gardens for people to relax in so they can be outside. Jim, the Executive Director, goes beyond the call of a mom! He makes sure the residents (and therefore the families) get the best care possible. He does things you'd never think of.... and he has a well run facility that has a sense of wellbeing and friendliness.
There is such a good sense of community, a welcoming atmosphere, and people who work there to make sure that this sense of family is always there.
I have confidence, faith and respect for these people who are caring for all these aging people - a group of people that takes special skills to care for, dedication and love. Sunrise Webb Gin has those people working there. It is the best! It's the safe home away from home!

The genuine care, attention, communications with the family and the support they provide to our Mother has been excellent. The facility is very clean and updated with the building being all on one-level there are no stairs or elevators to navigate.
While it's certainly a challenging decision when moving a loved one from home, the Sunrise Team were there to answer all questions and alleviate our concerns. A good decision for our family. Best regards

Compassionate, patient and comforting for all family members, but more importantly the level or care to the resident is unmatched.

Sunrise Assisted Living has provided such great care for our loved one. They have impressively protected their population during the Covid pandemic. They kept the virus under control with small numbers of positive cases. When you compare them to the other senior living facilities, it truly is unbelievable what a fine job they have done. They have communicated often with us so that we could encourage our family member and let her know what was happening. So thankful that we chose this facility when we were trying to find a place which would provide happiness and a sense of community. Little did we know we would be facing the challenges of Covid.
