I absolutely love, love, love The Bar Method Santa Clarita! Every single one of the instructors are amazing. I've been to other exercise classes where I've felt shamed or judged, especiallyif i need to pause, but not here. Everyone is encouraging and it's a no judgment zone. It's done wonders for me physically & mentally. The studio is also great at proving modifications if needed for any reason. Bar Method Santa Clarita has brought so much joy, laughter, and STRENGTH into my life! I walked in knowing nothing about this work out, but found a community of wonderfully supportive women to share space with and exercises that heal my body (and previous injuries)! Even throughout my pregnancy, I am building my strength safely and keeping myself sane. I joined to create good habits and now I can’t imagine life without “the bar.“

I have joined many fitness studios in Santa Clarita over the years, but I have finally found "THE ONE"! I tried the 2 week special and I was immediately hooked! I quickly became a member and I've been coming for over a year and a half. My legs are toned, my upper body is getting defined, and my mind is at peace! I look forward to my 4+ workouts a week and they have so many times available. The instructors give you one-on-one instructions, always making sure that you are doing the exercise correctly. And did I mention the clean, cute, boutique-like Studio? Bar Method in Santa Clarita is my "Happy Place"! You MUST give it a try!

I love love love this place!!! The instructors at Bar Method Santa Clarita are amazing! They are all very knowledgeable, personable, and they really care about your needs and safety. The classes are very challenging, but attainable. I love the fact that I have never had the same workout twice. Today, I completed my 90th class. I feel stronger we than ever. Sometimes you find a place you like to workout at. Sometimes, you like it so much, you just have to be there as much as possible. Other times, you give some of your life to it because it's just that good.

I was first a student at The Bar Method Santa Clarita. I love the workout. It is challenging but possible! I have already noticed changes in my body in the few short months of doing classes. Kimberly is encouraging and so helpful. She makes sure we are in correct position so we do not get injured and get the most out of the exercise. I have taken classes with Alison as well and yep, just as great. They bring different energy to the room but they are both knowledgable and supportive.

Now, I work at the studio because I just love it THAT much. Kimberly has become a friend and I also love the relationships being created with everyone that comes to classes as well. It's a vibe.
