The instructor is personable and knowledgeable. He specificly programs the exercises with the music for full functionality AFTER leaving the gym. He demonstrates caring for and sensitivity to each person's needs by modifying the exercises and including requested music in the program.
The humor, congeniality, and friendly atmosphere make attending alot of fun!! -

(October 25, 2019, 10:43 pm)Neighborhood gym, the people who workout here are the same for the most part. And everyone is friendly and helpful. Gym is clean although there is no locker room there are rest rooms available if you need to change. Free weights as well as machines, and trainers that actually look like what they talk. Great place and it's 24hrs to fit into any schedule. No sauna, pool, or court. Just a small gym to do the basics. Friendly for beginners and advanced health nuts!
