Once I hired them to list the property, literally 1 week later I had a tenant ready to move in. Less than two weeks after that, the tenant occupied the property! Diane and Fickling surpassed my expectations. I stand behind their company and recommend any property owner to hire them to manage your investment. Remember, time is $!!!

The company definitely has a sense of urgency when it comes to the residents concern/issues.I am stress free from the day-to-day Property Management responsibilities.
