I wanted to take a moment and share what a fabulous experience I had at The Fitness Co this morning. I have been really concerned about stepping back in the gym due to Covid-19. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the gym. Every. Single. Weight. was handed to me AFTER being cleaned. All handles on surfaces were cleaned prior to me touching them. My trainer and all other trainers and patrons were masked. Clear signs are placed where they can easily be read and rules followed. Thank you Debbie and Rusty for doing an amazing job for our community!
This is a fantastic gym! I am someone who feels a bit intimidated by gyms, but I love this place and I feel like I belong here. I went from being a strictly treadmill and pilates type person to a weight machine enthusiast! My trainer Debbie understands my goals of working out to be lean and toned, and I feel extremely comfortable here. I like that I fit right in along side others who might be training to compete athletically or just to prevent injury/maintain health. Not only are the trainers extremely knowledgable, caring and professional, but the facility is the perfect size and has everything that any large gym has. It's a very low pressure atmosphere and I can't say enough great things about this place and all of the people here!
Great little studio with very knowledgeable and friendly trainers! A nice variety of well maintained equipment to utilize in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Check it out!
