OMG!!!!! I love my experience so far with Dr. Hafer and staff, Belinda and Cristina. I have had a long journey so far starting my weight loss in April 2017. Dr. Hafer has been wonderful with her encouraging words and advice on nutritional hidden sugars. I cant wait until I reach my goal and learn to maintain.
I have struggled for most of my life with my weight. This last year has been the best experience ever for me. I have lost almost 80 pounds with the help of Idaho Weight loss. Learning how to eat, what to eat, and why I over ate has made a world of difference for me. Can't thank them enough!!
Where can I start, Idaho weight loss has given me a new lease on life. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Hafer is fantastic. I choose to do my weight loss journey here because of the wonderful reviews online and let me say I was not disappointed. If you are on the fence about whether or not you should book an appointment don't be, it will change your life.
Started at Idaho Weight Loss in July of 2017 at just under 200 pounds! I was skeptical because I have tried many other systems out there and would drop a little then gain it back again. I had NO IDEA that Dr Hafer had the key I was missing, she taught me what MY body need in terms of nutrition to make it work efficiently! I knew it was specific to me because as I sat through the information class with another lady and Dr Hafer gave her a break down of her food intake mine ended up being totally different!! With each visit we were able to fine tune my nutrition, struggles, and especially my successes!! I can't give this enough stars, Dr Hafer and her team have changed my life!!
I have been going here for 4 months and I have lost over 50 pounds so far. I have also gotten my diabetes under control and my number are normal, not to mention my liver, my blood pressure, and my over all health. I feel so good! Prices are super reasonable, and the information and plan is solid and scientific, and if you follow what they say, it works! I don't crave fast food and sugar like I used to, and I can see this working for the rest of my life. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
