We just had our furnace and air ducks cleaned by Ben. Not only was he on time, he was incredibly polite and thorough. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Ben serviced our heating system and installed an air purifier unit. I mentioned that all of a sudden we had no hot water. He checked the water heater and with my approval installed a new pilot package which solved the issue. He was exceptional in explaining our system and the benefits of the air purifier.
