(March 14, 2021, 3:48 pm)I have tried several times in the last several years to check out State Farm insurance for my auto insurance needs. They solicit me by mail on a regular basis.
My most recent attempt at doing business with SF was when i traveled 13 miles to go purchase a policy in person at the Shepherdsville Ky office, money in hand, on a week day mid morning. Door locked, office dark.
Another example of lack of customer service was several months ago when I called the number on the advertisement THEY SENT ME in the mail and got a generic message saying that all agents were busy helping other customers.
I have finally given up trying to do business with SF. I have many more convenient and accessible choices. I make an effort to do business with local representatives of companies in my area but I don't have the time or the patience to beg them to take my money. -

(February 4, 2020, 11:01 am)Ok so I’ve past this place every since it was built & today was my first time here. I love the many pumps they have for the cars (15) & the gas prices are low.(definite plus!) the facility is Clean & the workers are nice and friendly! Bathrooms are clean as well. Idk what happened to Ozzies but they should get another restaurant in there soon b/c it’d be great to have an all in one type of stop that also services trucks!

(July 26, 2018, 6:59 pm)Love the design of the building. New location. Very inviting. Branded Mobil fuel, diesel with DEF at every pump, car wash, Dunkin Donuts right next door. Kid friendly.
