  Chronic back pain that I have been dealing with for 10 years, gone in 2 weeks! I've tried massage, chiropractors, pain patches, pills and muscle relaxers - nothing worked long term. 3 sessions of acupuncture with Elizabeth, and not only is the pain gone, but I can bend down and touch the floor without bending my knees - I'm not sure when the last time I could do that! I was a needle-fearing sceptic, but I'm glad I tried one last thing.

  Liz is a genuinely caring, highly skilled, and warm acupuncturist. Her skills are stellar and she has already:
  + Alleviated some annoying aspects of my asthma (the embarrassing overproduction of mucus) and improved my breathing while Idecrease the usage of nebulized albuterol and cease using nasty prednisone orally.
  + Uncovered the origin of my upper arm bilateral pain and eliminated it (the pain).
  + Provided me with a foot soak to enhance the circulation of my foot pain and enervated the excruciating pains at night which had previously been waking me up 4 or 6 times a night.
  +. CorrectEd the arthritic neck vertebrae and improved my appearance while diminishing my headaches and improving my vision.
  
  I look forward to acupuncture treatments by Liz because I know that she really cares about me and helps me to improve my quality of life.

  I've enjoyed Elisabeth's expertise in acupuncture and herbal remedies. Since having children, I've found myself getting sick more often and my energy levels fluctuating more than they once did. I had never explored acupuncture and herbal remedies but have always been open-minded to new solutions. I've found Elisabeth to be professional, completely open to explaining the basis for her suggestions, and just overall very pleasant to work with. Combined with other proactive changes I've made, my experience has been nothing but completely positive.
