Went to Dollar+ More and the owner greeted me as soon as I opened the door with a party mask on and a smile. They had a mother load of NYE party supplies! They never fail when I need a party helium balloon for a birthday or if I need a cheap toy for the kids. Paper plates, cups, random dish supplies...you name it! Check this place out first before you go hunting elsewhere. They probably have it!
