Highlands Elementary School

I don't think there are words to describe how wonderful these people are. The reviews certainly show it. I had a need for their services last night when my Saint Bernard crossed over the rainbow bridge. He was almost 14 and had had an exceptional life. Thank you, Dr. Wong, like the vet before you that I used about 5 years ago, you guys are heaven sent 🙏

The doctor arrived on time, and she was so understanding and respectful. I know families are allowed an hour usually to be with the pet after passing, but it was hard for me to let go. She was really understanding and allowed me to have some extra time.

I'd never done an in-home euthanasia before but was really glad I didn't have to put my baby through a scary pet visit for her last few moments. I am so grateful that this service exists as it made saying goodbye just bearable. All the staff were so kind, from setting up the appointment to picking her up.

Thank goodness for Compassionate Care. Our beloved, old Bernese broke or dislocated his hip and there was no fixing him. Our regular vet couldn’t come for days. Transporting him to the vet would have been a horrible, painful ordeal for both us and our pup. Compassionate Care sent a wonderful, sensitive doctor (Deborah) who arrived on-time a few hours after I called. She was so kind to my wife and son and gently helped our dear friend pass on peacefully in his own home, surrounded by his family. It was heartbreaking, but so much better than the pain and stress of going to the vet. I am sad yet so grateful for their service, compassion and professionalism. Rest In Peace, faithful friend.

Wow, what a wonderful, compassionate and peaceful service Dr. Stacy provided for my baby Simon. We had a set time for her to arrive, but he began going downhill quickly - I called, and she was even able to come earlier. She was so kind, and you could really tell that she genuinely cared. She left the room and gave me space (so I could take off my mask) so I could have as much time with him as I needed to say goodbye.

After, Dr. Stacy lovingly wrapped Simon in a blanket and I watched her place him in the front seat of her car before she drove away from our building. It’s heartbreaking to lose a fur baby, but this honestly was a better way for him to pass than I could have ever imagined.

10 days later, as promised, I got the call that his ashes and paw print were ready to pick up. This is a wonderful service and I am just so grateful that we found them.
