  I've been a member here for almost a year now.
  
  Pros
  -Tom is the friendliest and most down to earth gym owner you'll find. He greets every single person that walks through that door and he's a great guy to chat with in between workout sets.
  -The gym is clean and very well-maintained.
  -It has pretty much all the weight lifting equipment you'll need.
  -Parking is easy and location is perfect right near my office and next to a Tesla supercharger if you have one.
  -Price: I pay $40 a month with no contract which is a great deal in my many years of dealing with shady gyms. Most require a hand written letter or require you to jump through arbitrary hoops to cancel your membership but Anytime Fitness allows you to cancel in person easily. I've been a member off and on for 5-6 years and have never had any issues canceling.
  -Locations: I workout at this location after work during the week and workout at the Wicker Park location on the weekend which is only 5 mins from my apartment. It's also convenient when traveling as there's locations in many cities in the US.
  -24 hour access is pretty nice but I've never had to workout at weird times but it's nice to have.
  -I tried XSport as well and I prefer Anytime. Did not like the pushy sales staff at XSport and the people that tend to go there.
  
  Cons
  -The Wifi is pretty unreliable even when there's less than 10 people in the entire place. I often have to use my phone's wifi hotspot when I'm on the treadmill watching videos on my iPad. Could probably be upgraded to a better enterprise level wifi system that can handle more people or pay for higher bandwidth.
  -There's only one squat rack which is also the bench press or incline bench press. This place really needs another rack of some sort. It doesn't even need to be a full power cage like the current rack -- one of the simpler racks without all the room to store extra weights would be perfectly fine.
  -Would be nice to have a few of the dumbell's in the most commonly used 2.5 lb increments 27.5, 32.5, 37.5, etc.
  -Sometimes you have to wait 10-15 mins to use one of the 3 single occupancy bathrooms. 1 mens, 1 womens, and 1 unisex.

  I do not have anything bad to say honestly. This gym fits perfect for me! I can always get a full workout and not worry about a large crowd. The people that use this gym are very focused and treat their workouts like a circuit; once finished, they move on to the other workout session unlike Xsport.
