The Trainers!! and the design of the program that allows you to show up at any time and get a workout in!! The Northbrook, Illinois trainers are super special and unbelievably skilled. They know your mentality and how to get the most out of each of your workouts.... sometimes they run into the ground.... other times they motivate you ..... other times they nudge you along ...... very accommodating to injuries and limitations, too! Super, super great organization. The 9 Rounds Circuit Program is also great..... sometimes you just want to hit something.... other times Go Heavy Lifts.... other times, "Sucking Air!!!" 9 rounds makes my crabby grumpy self in the mornings ..... turn into ...... a refreshed and enthusiastic kid..... ready to take on the day's challenges...... All in 30 minutes!

They teach you, they help you, they push you- it's the most fulfilling 30 minute workout I have ever done! So encouraging, even when you find yourself slacking off, you know they're there to nudge you to your best! I have improved so much since starting there, endurance, flexibility, even confidence! I highly recommend this place, and it is going to BREAK my heart when I no longer live around here and can't go to THIS very 9Round-- these trainers are AWESOME.
