(October 24, 2018, 2:35 pm)James, the mechanic, is such a breath of fresh air. He is honest and cares about his customers. He has saved my husband and I loads of money by letting us know what is a priority and what isn't.
I went in yesterday because my check engine light was on. He helped and figured out the issue, gave me a quote, said it can wait, and filled my tires while he was at it!
I liked him so much, I sent my husband the next day for his oil change. He had the same amazing experience with James. My husband said that he even fixed the rattling that had been happening forever for free. James was like, "easy fix, don't worry."
With that kind of customer service, I'll go there every single time. I might even spring for the detail! -
