(December 20, 2018, 11:32 am)I was looking for someone to help my grandmother and was hesitant about hiring an agency. From the start, the individual i spoke with on the phone was very informative and patient with me since I had a lot of questions. I live out of state and wanted to be sure that the individual coming to her home would take good care of her. Once care was started, my grandmother was in love. Her caregiver and her have a close bond and we are fortunate to call her family now.
Thank you Brightstar for all you have done for our family. It is comforting to know I can always depend on you. -

(May 8, 2018, 3:45 pm)Monica has been extremely helpful in filling the open hours for my Mom with excellent caregivers. When I have been out of town she has made sure that my Mom would have a familiar caregiver if one of her regular caregivers could not work.

(April 19, 2018, 2:59 pm)Great company to work for. I am coming up on 9 years of working for them and haven't had a problem that wasn't fixed promptly. The office staff are very understanding. If there was one suggestion I would make, it would be to offer the full-time employees some form of insurance. All in all, I will stay with this company until they don't want me anymore!
