WE FIX Phones & Tablets

This review is way late. In fact, so late, I've dropped my phone again and need Jay to fix it. So, I'll definitely be coming by again. Last August, I needed a cracked iphone screen replaced and it was taken care of quickly. My Dad was in the hospital and being in contact with family was vital. There was another issue with a wiggly cord affecting the speaker and he was able to help troubleshoot it with no follow-up charges. Thanks for being kind and honest with your customers!

I wanted to take a moment to send a note of appreciation and commendation for the support provided to me by Jay.

My lap top cover was broken at the hing. I had taken it to several computer repair services, they were either unable to fix it or the price was prohibitive (one representative said I should "save up" and purchase another one - I guess I looked poor at the time :$). I conceded that I would settle or repurchase.

I remembered seeing "We Fix..." in this little mall and decided on one last attempt. Jay is a genius. He didn't hesitate. He offered to fix it, though it would take some time to order the part. When the part came in, he called me. I brought the computer in and when it was returned to me it was repaired, looked and worked like new; at a Very reasonable price.

I just can't say enough about We Fix Phones & Tablets or Jay. Jay was professional, patient, and very informative. I was frustrated, confused, and expected very littler when I went into the store and in the end I was over joyed. I can't imagine taking any of my electronics anyplace else and I will recommend We Fix Phone & Tablets to Everyone!!!

We are quick to reach out to complain when things are wrong, this is my clarion call to announce this thing was right 😉 When you go into the store, and I hope you will, thank Jay for me, and give him this pat on the back from me for a job well done.

Jay at we fix iPhones was great!! It was Sunday my only day off and he fixed my screen and added screen protector in less than an hour.. and his prices are unbeatable!! Can't go wrong here people, I will be spreading the word.. thanks again Jay!!!!
