    Great shakes and very friendly staff. Love the activities and yoga balls. It's a very nice environment for all who love fitness and relaxing environments.

    I love this place, They have Awesome staff and they are Very Friendly. They Also offer Cardio drumming and it is so much fun!!!!

    I’m obsessed with this place. The staff is awesome, the drinks are super yummy. My personal favorite shake is the sugar cookie flavor. It literally taste like sugar cookie dough. The only thing I wish is that they were open on the weekends because that’s how often I need this in my life.

    If you haven't stopped in to this dynamic place, get there! Their shakes, teas and general nutritional items are awesome, full of protein and low calorie! And, cardio drumming, come join us for a great workout and it's free!! Get off that couch and come check it out! Love all the staff!!
