The ladies that work in this location are the absolute best! They are considerate, always smiling and efficient.
My Dad and I went into this post office location yesterday (8/16/18) to purchase stamps for my wedding invitations. The binder of stamps did not have enough of the wedding type stamps. The kind lady helping us thought there was a shipment delivered that day and called a colleague to make sure there weren't wedding invitation stamps that she was missing. She could have easily not taken that extra step to get the nicer and more wedding appropriate stamps, but she did and found the stamp shipment. We purchased 175ct of the 2oz stamps and 175ct of the 1oz stamps. These ladies are so cheery and light hearted that they make you smile the whole time you are in the post office.
Since we had such a positive experience, we came back today (8/17/18) after assembling and stuffing the envelopes to mail them from the CH post office. Again, we were greeted with bright smiles. We told them that we now have my wedding invitations to mail. We wanted to hand cancel them and offered to do them ourselves. The ladies said, absolutely not, we will do them for you. The lady that helped us the day before with the stamps hand cancelled every single one of my 163 wedding invitations! We had a great conversation and really enjoyed our visit with them. If the CH post office is an option to take care of your mailing/shipping needs, definitely go!

The ladyj that picked up the phone at this location told me that my mail forwarding request did not go through, because I did not write 16W in front of my previous address. I used to live on XXTH Place. The CASS-certified version of my previous address does not include the 16W. This is a confusing situation. Can someone look into this issue and standardize the addresses on this street? Thank you.

I have not had a bad experience at this post office.
