(December 21, 2018, 12:47 pm)They have the friendliest and most caring staff I have ever dealt with. There is never a wait time although it would not bother me since then it would give me time to play with Jack their official live-in mascot. My cat Christmas looks like his sister so even Jack shows interest when we bring in her in for check ups and I've been told he usually visits dogs over cats. Dr.Clark is just so good with animals and you can sense the care she has for them. So glad I decided to start bringing my cat here after driving by it so many times. They even sent me a sympathy card when my cat General Sterling Price passed away personally signed by ALL staff members. Brought tears to my eyes. I definitely trust this facility and cannot say enough positive things about their staff.

Not only are the prices for services very reasonable, but the care and concern that every member of the staff shows to not only my pets, but to us as well, is extremely reassuring and comforting. I know my pets are going to get the best possible care, and that the doctors will never suggest treatment that is unnecessary or too extreme. We won't bring our pets anywhere else.

(September 6, 2018, 12:45 pm)We have been going to Countryside/ Knoll animal hospital for 25 years. The staff is awesome along with Dr.Knoll. You won't find a better place to take the family pets anywhere.
Paulina is just great!!!! Denise is the cats meow!!!!!

(July 29, 2018, 9:29 pm)My boyfriend and I had to put our dog down in April. My dog was my best friend and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and I’m so happy we went to this location. They were so kind and sweet and I know they took care of him in his last moments. We picked up his ashes along with his paw prints and everything was in beautiful packaging and packed with care. The staff even sent us a letter in the mail a few days after with everyone’s signature and a few personal messages. They will take care of you as well as your furry family members here, they really are great.
