(November 17, 2017, 9:27 pm)My wife and I have lived here for a year and just recently signed for another year. We've lived in other apartments before and this place is by far the best. Andrea, the property manager, has been very helpful and any maintenance requests are always responded to in a reasonable time. Our apartment is beautiful, clean, well built and has no issues whatsoever. I honestly can't think of one thing we're unhappy with here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.

(November 6, 2017, 8:48 am)My husband and I have rented from other apartments in the area, and we've never been treated as well as we are at Orchard Village. Andrea, the property manager, is extremely helpful and will go out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. Maintenance people are friendly and quick to fix any issues. Our apartment is beautiful and we're about to resign for another year. Highly recommend.
