I had a fantastic appointment with Jon who addressed a potential attic insulation leaking issue, and was able to refer us to a qualified and well reviewed company who could take care of this ongoing leak. He also tuned up the furnace and explained what he was testing for, along with what he was tuning up.
Great service! I needed their help as I was unable to put up my new chandelier. Jon promised to come at 2.00pm and by 1.58pm he was at my gate. He assembled and installed the chandelier in less than 30 minutes. Couldn’t believe that he managed to do it that fast yet I had tried for over 4 hours but in vain. What an knowledgeable expert!
I called them for a quote on three separate projects. I authorized the first one, expecting Jon to set up an appointment for a later date. Instead he said he'd get the parts and be right back. He installed a 30 Amp outlet and replaced a breaker that failed that morning, and I was back to work by noon. I am quite pleased and now I can run the air conditioner and refrigerator while I'm preparing for trips.
