(October 11, 2018, 8:12 am)I've had back pain which I would rate a 9 or 10 for the last 8 months. I went to physical therapy for 3 months and had little relief. I saw Dr. Jeremy twice and immediately had substantial relief of my pain. I've been a patient for the last 3 weeks and had my pain level gone to 2. The professionalism and care I've had at Active medical center is second to none.
