  I took delivery of a new Jeep from James CDJR today and I cannot express how truly satisfied I was with the entire process. I took a drive there last Saturday to see a very specific model they had in stock. I was immediately greeted by the owner Jim, told him what I was here to look at he grabbed the keys got the car put a plate on and said take it for a drive. After the test drive he introduced me to Steve, again these guys are straight up no pressure, very laid back and HONEST we discussed my intentions he brought Jim back in at the end of the negotiations....no "let me go talk to my manager" and walk away from the desk for 20 minutes nonsense, and the deal was made. Beyond fair pricing on the new vehicle and my trade, no pressure for the "up sell" they honestly make customer satisfaction a TOP PRIORITY! I drove a 1/2 hour away from where I live, and will continue to do so for service needs etc (there is a CDJR dealer 5 minutes from my house). Again a very sincere thank you to Jim, Steve, Vito & the rest of the staff. GO THERE you will NOT be disappointed!

  Great experience buying a second car! No sales pressure and Eric Maines was very helpful and patient with my decision making process! Not to mention everyone else was very friendly too! I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family!!! Thanks for such a great car buying experience!!!

  I just bought a Jeep from Dave. By far the best salesman I've dealt with. He was honest and upfront about everything. Not to mention all the great stories he had.

  Today I spent HOURS in a different dealer after not getting what I want and never wanting to step foot into another dealership I gave Hampshire a shot on my way home and I must say I am SO GLAD I did! Everyone was BEYOND amazing and treated us like family!!! They got me into a car that I like for a way lower price then expected! Mr. Goldby will be my forever salesman and this dealership will be the ONLY dealership I will ever go to again!!! Thank you so much guys!!!!

  Awesome dealership. They took the time to explain everything done, made reasonable suggestions and told me things to look for in the future for my vehicle. Getting an appointment was super easy, and the repairs were completely very quickly.
