  Just wrong that some customers leave bad reviews for things that's not they fault. This location has been nothing but friendly an brings great customers services for last year now

  Update to my review below. After I posted my review I was contacted by the owner of this dry cleaner. He wanted to know the full details of not only the pendant but also the people I encountered. The vibe I got from him was that he was very attentive and genuine in trying to ensure that this will no longer happen again. He asked me to send him a picture of the pendant and I did. After a day or two he contacted me again and let me know that he couldn't find the pendant. He asked me the price of the dress, as in he was willing to pay for the dress but I honestly didn't know. He also offered a credit. I felt he was extremely sincere in resolving this issue with my dress. Afterwards, I was made whole just by his actions of diligently looking for the pendant and following up with me of an end result. I am planning on taking a couple items there this week and I will write another review on my experience at that time.
  
  Not the best service. I was excited to try this place because it was close to my home and the drive up/24 hr option was creative. I gave them a dress to clean for me May 7th. I picked up the dress on May 9th. About 5 minutes after picking up my dress, I noticed that a pendant was missing off my dress. I immediately called and informed them. They said they would look for it and let me know. The next day I waited for a call from them and never received one so I called them. The person I spoke to never heard anything about this missing pendant so I had to explain the situation to them again and describe the pendant again. This was annoying because I wanted the pendant back on the dress for an upcoming event. Anyways, the person I spoke to said he would get back to me. The next day the guy actually did call me back. He asked me for more details about the pendant. I did feel like he was trying to help. However, after that call I never heard anything again. Here it is almost 3 weeks later and no one has said anything about the missing pendant. I pretty much wrote it off and will never take anything else there.

  Dropped off clothes we use extra heavy starch. Explained it to the lady who checked us in. Received clothes back and they were just pressed. No starch at all. Sign says if unhappy with service it’s free but that is not the case at this place. Extra heavy starch means clothes are very stiff.
  
  Spoke to manager and owner. Clothes are correct now and I dropped off more. I will definitely continue to use them while in this area. Thank you for making things right.
