  I showed up with a torn disc in my low back. Dr. Nate and his team immediately pinpointed what I needed and got me back to a high level of functioning with little to no pain ever. And NO SURGERY NEEDED! Thanks Exemplify.

  I was hurting. Bad. I am thankful that I found Dr. Nate and his team. Not only has he helped the pain in my back, he has also challenged me and changed the way I see health. His plan wasn't just for pain in my back, it thankfully it was more than that. Nate's holistic approach is awesome! I thank God for Exemplify Health Center, and so does my family.

  As a Navy SEAL, the rigors that I have put my body through over the years have lead me to seek out only the best in the health & wellness industry.
  Ive traveled all around the world & tried all types of treatments to heal, so finding Nate resulted in me making several flights to IL specifically to see him & get treated. Eventually I brought my entire family out to see him!
  I can’t speak highly enough about his methods & genuine concern for me personally as well as his passion for health inside and out of the body.

  Dr. Thompson and his staff go above and beyond! The first day you walk through the door you feel like family. I have been dealing with sinus, neck, and back issues for over ten years and after just my first visit, I felt better than I have for as long as I can remember. The staff is eager and willing to help you better your life. Everyone is so friendly and I always look forward to my appointments!
