Love Luckys they have great rewards when you sign up to be a member with them! Always.clean inside...smells wonderful ..like new carpet bathrooms have always been in tip top shape and workers always nice and ask if a.beverage is.needed! Keep up good work lucky jacks

Customer service was great all of the ID to my friend who did not have an ID and currently on her there are so very polite and use the restroom and she was able to leave afterwards. She even gave me the other half of her mozzarella sticks.!! I cannot turn it on how the handling was or if they were lucky or not but I can see their customer service was great their food was cheap and good and our drinks were great overall Wonderful night I would recommend this place to anybody.

OK lucky Jacks this is hands down one of my favorite places to go other than the Alton Belle Casino sometimes I just want to just be someplace quiet, where it's just very few people and just had a nice time without all the noise and all the craziness, that you have in a casino. And I would say it is thebest kept secret in the area very clean. People there are very friendly, Great games just a great atmosphere and they have customer perks to so you might want to give him a try I guarantee if you go once you'll be back. Now I really like lucky Jacks so I'm going to have to say A+ + in my travel book. Awesome job keep up the good work guy& gals. :-)
