  I'm a teenager and my mom made me go. I didn't want to at first, but I’m really glad I did. The place was very relaxing and peaceful. The teacher guided me through letting go of thoughts that are not serving me. I felt so happy and relaxed when the class was over. Like she reset my brain. Nancy is a great teacher and I'm so glad my mom made me go. I went to the class called “let go”. It's a relaxing class and I highly recommend it for everyone. Thank you Nancy. I'll be back!!

  What a wonderful, warm, and welcoming place. Perfect for beginners like me! Do yourself a favor and go....you will feel amazing. I feel better all the way around, and I sleep so much better now since I started practicing here!

  Really friendly yoga & Pilates people! They take their time to train newbies like me without me feeling intimidated! Like the monthly package or single class options. Online booking great too. Love this place!

  Amazing. This studio is so welcoming. Being a beginner I tried their class called “Let it go”. Incredibly relaxing. The best sleep I have had in a long time after taking this class. Of course they have so many classes to enjoy including Pilates ( which someday I will try). The owner is a caring, inspiring lady. Thank you for being a wonderful studio.

  Happy Hour Yoga has inspired me!! This is the first studio I have been where everyone feels comfortable to workout at their own fitness level. The most fun I have had exercising in years!! Thank you ????
