    Very pleased with the quality of work, responsiveness, and overall experience. We replaced the floor and tiled the shower in our guest bathroom- looks great, at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

    Heidi helped me to order all the new tile for our house. She is very easy to work with, does what she says she is going to do, and keeps the customer informed. Also, the store has a wonderful selection of tile.

    Matthew was excellant when he did two floors in my Richmond, IL house. I had two rooms done and he and his staff could not have done a better job. Matthew checked on the job throughout the week long period of time. I was also super impressed with the quality of work. Usually I've had crappy flooring companies or temperamental carpenters re-do my house and business floors. So happy to have found them. Will use again for sure.

    Anderson Tile & Carpet was unbelievably helpful when I needed tiles repaired and replaced due to settling) in multiple rooms of my house. Heidi made the process easy and scheduled the appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. John was on time and worked very efficiently. He was neat and left the rooms spotless. The new tiles look awesome! Anytime I need something and Anderson Tile & Carpet offers the service I will be working with them!!!!
