I just got my brand new 2021 M4. I was assisted by three people: my sales advisor, Tanner who was so dedicated to his customer. We exchanged calls and emails for 3 weeks and he was always on top of everything. His service was excellent. BMW genius, Carlos was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions without any hesitation. He was definitely an expert on BMW. The financial manager, Andy was so prepared for this transaction. I was expecting to be there for at least couple of hours but everything was done probably in 15-20 min. It was the shortest time i had ever spent to purchase a car in 20 years. There was a minor issue with the car which I wasn’t too happy about but i am not worried because I already know they are going to take a good care of it. Overall experience was outstanding and I wouldn’t mind driving 3 hours again to get my next one in the future

His professionalism and ability to LISTEN to what our needs were, led us to the perfect vehicle.
