This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a Hyundai Tucson and highly recommend working with Jerry, he’s fantastic. I hateee the traditional car buying process of haggling and spending 8 hours sitting at the dealership to get financing done but we didn’t have to do any of that.

I told Jerry what I wanted, he ordered it, it came in in 2 weeks and when I went to the dealership financing took ONE HOUR. He didn’t try to change the price or waste time selling add ons like gap insurance.

I had an overall good experience purchasing a car here. I'd like to first start off by saying that they are one of the only dealerships that I have found will do MSRP and not an additional $7,000 "market adjustment" on hybrids and electric vehicles. They didn't offer what my trade in was worth according to 3 or 4 other sites, but they were ok with waiting for me to drive down the street to Carmax to sell my car. It took about 4-5 hours for the whole process which was longer than I'd liked to do, but it was worth it to get MSRP. The sales manager even came out and talked to us for a bit and was very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!
