(July 29, 2018, 4:31 pm)Super friendly and knowledgable!!! I went in there with a broken phone, and was helped by two women. Miranda and Samantha both helped me decide on a new phone when I was very hesitant on choosing one. They really took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for, and helped me get my pictures and contacts back! Will definitely go back to see them again! By far the best customer service I have ever had from T-Mobile.

(May 30, 2017, 11:41 am)Only one person was working because her co-worker quit that morning! But even with 4 customers in line (me being the third). I was in the store for less than half an hour and able to upgrade my phone and transfer all the content. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable, helping one lady log into her Apple account and calmly answering her, um, questions (Wait... what's that again? Apple what? Something on my phone?) and another elderly lady understand how to send picture texts. I love my phone and loved the service!

(September 29, 2016, 10:00 pm)I strongly recommend this store. They have all new friendly staff. I came in because I had questions about my phone and was looking into getting a new one. They set me up with a new phone and a more affordable plan. I also got hooked up with a screen protector, case and a speaker. The manager there was so nice and the staff over all was so friendly!
