  Great customer service, well knowledgeable in heating and air conditioning; they came quickly and resolved the issue with my furnace. They are very professional. I highly recommend them.

  All the five-star reviews don't lie. David serviced my furnace and water heater on two different occasions and he was prompt, professional, and courteous both times. If he doesn't answer right away he may be in a middle of a job but he's worth the wait and will return your call as soon as he can if you leave him a message, unless you want to pay more to hire a bigger company that charges big company prices. He'll even check the warranty status of your item before having you purchase a new one, and might save you even more money. He takes the time to explain everything and patiently answers all your questions, and gives you tips on how to properly maintain your equipment so it lasts longer and won't require repair too frequently. Bless this hard-working man for running such an honest business.

  As good as a shepherd could be to his flock may be David to his customers. He came to work in my house on two occasions: First to fix my sump pump and later my heater. On both instances, David demonstrated not only a good sense of his technical knowledge but also his overall professionalism.He always empathize but not sympathize. He relates to his customers as if they are his family members. He does excellent work which I admire. He goes the extra mile at the expense of his company. Dave, what a wonderful shepherd you are !   Great service, fair price and David is awesome to work with! I call him and he can usually squeeze me in that day and he does an amazing job! I highly, highly recommend him!

  Fast response time, super friendly and explained everything. Best part is that they're local and you speak directly to them on the phone! Will definitely be using Good Shepherd again!!
