My neighbor commented on their detailed prep work and the final result. They were able to accommodate changes in the schedule when I determined I needed some carpentry work. I went with another painting company a few years ago and I came to appreciate Mark and his crew even more. Going forward, I will always call on Lotz.

They are extremely professional, courteous, respectful and are like family. We have used them for exterior and interior work and most recently a major exterior job. They quite simply are the best and I would not trust any other company for any home improvement project.

Extremely professional from Brenda Lotz in the office (scheduling, follow up etc) to the team who did the deck work (Mark Lotz and son). Our backyard deck was in bad shape and Lotz was able to refinish so it looks new again. The crew was on-time, worked hard and completed the project with great results! I will definitely use Lotz again in the future and would gladly recommend them.
