    I bought a 2007 Ford Edge yesterday from Jeff at The Auto World. I came with a set amount of cash. There wasn't a vehicle within my price range, and I thought well shoot. He asked me how much I could spend. Then he had me trade in my old hunk of junk, and gave me a great discount! So I could afford the Ford Edge on his lot. There was a minor hiccup with the vehicle but, he had me bring it in and got it fixed up in a day. ( I greatly appreciated that too!) The vehicle drives great, and is a beauty! I'm very happy I went to The Auto World to get my newer vehicle! I'd recommend going to Jeff for a vehicle!

    Had a great experience purchasing a 2012 Mercedes from Jeff! No pushy sales tactics or anything like that. Super laid back and friendly, exactly what I expect for Churubusco! I highly recommend checking them out!

    So first off and foremost I want to make this clear about this review. I never leave reviews for anyone or anything, never really seen the point. This however is different. I am also leaving this review days after my purchase, and not because I was asked or told to. I am doing this on my own accord.

    Pressure free purchasing experience, didn't bother us while we were looking the vehicle over. I noticed it had a faint odor of fuel during my inspection. I still preceded with buying it because the vehicle is otherwise in good condition. I brought up my concern, and he (the owner) negotiated the price. I appreciated that. I've had alot of experience with many different types of salespeople and what I can say about him is that he is very experienced, and cares about serving his customers, being transparent with all steps of the process, answering any questions my fiance or I had, and is polite and patient. All of that is very appreciated. But what happened after the purchase is the reason why I'm leaving this long story of a review.

    As I mentioned earlier the vehicle had a smell of fuel during my inspection. I took it my a local GM dealership to have it inspected. I was told that the entire fuel sending unit was rusted out, causing the gas tank to not seeing properly. Roughly an $1150 repair bill. Was not thrilled about it but I knew it needed work, gave consent to start the repair, the next day I woke up to a voice-mail from GM saying they dropped the tank, and it was worse than they thought, it also needed new tank straps and fuel lines to the point where I was shooting fuel out of my tank. The final damage came out to over $1500 in repairs.

    I called Jeff back, told him my situation. I asked if he could help, NOT PAY IT ALL but just... help.... and he did the unprecedented. He stepped up, and he helped pay a portion of my repair bill, AFTER I BOUGHT IT.. I want to be clear. There was no deception from this dealer. I bought this vehicle knowing it needed work.. and this man still after the deal. Stepped forward to help a customer. And that, is value in character. That, is priceless. Show me another dealer, salesperson, organization that would go to those lengths AFTER THE SALE, to help someone who needed it.

    And due to all of this. I can recommend this place to somebody. That is good business. There's not enough people anymore like that.

    Where do I begin.... Jeff and his crew are top notch! The car buying experience can be a rough one especially if you go to a bigger lot and deal with a pushy salesman. Jeff is the complete opposite. He listens to you he understands what you want and he tries to work with you to get in the vehicle that you want to get into. Right now is a tough time to buy a vehicle but it makes it so much easier when you're dealing with somebody that's very kind and understanding. I strongly suggest before you make the big deal on a car at another lot check his lot out to see if he can get you into something at a better cost. He doesn't make it feel like you're wasting his time or yours. He understands it's a lot of money going into an investment that depreciates.
    Just always keep in mind he is selling used vehicles so they're going to have their flaws, but he does everything in his power to make it right. It's always a good idea to get a warranty on a used vehicle anyway, and if you can't afford a warranty through your lender he has options at his shop for you as well. The truck that I bought from him had a air conditioner problem even before we got to the lot he had already changed out the part and tested it to make sure it was good to go.

    Overall I had a positive experience at The Auto World with Jeff Kirchner.
    Jeff worked with me to get me a car in my price range and so far I am very satisfied with my purchase. We were also very glad that he offers a 90 day warranty.
