I had a good experience with this place as a minor. I was in therapy here from ages 14 to 18 with Carol Herndon. I only switched therapists because of a diagnosis that required specialized treatment, or I would have stayed with her. I felt heard, respected, and listened to. I can't speak much to the adult part of therapy in terms of billing and communication, but with therapy itself, my experience was nothing but positive.
