My neighbor recommended this company and I am thankful that he did. I called Jones Home Services to get an estimate for a new furnace and HVAC. Seth arrived at my home the next day and was able to provide me with 3 separate detailed proposals that same day. The proposals showed exactly how much each option would cost with an explanation detailing the pros and cons of each one. All taxes and anything else that could be added on were included in the estimates so there were no surprises. The installation went flawless and the technicians treated my home as if it was their own. This is a family owned and operated company and I highly recommend this company.
Out of all the contractors I have had at my house recently Jones Home Services are the only ones that treated my house better than they would their own. They installed an HVAC system and ductwork. The installation was done to perfection. I can’t remember the young man’s name (BCSD) or his coworker’s but they made sure I had all of my questions answered and new exactly how everything worked before they left. Excellent job guys! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had a Carrier Greenspeed Heat Pump installed by Michael and I couldn't be happier! What seemed to me to be a difficult set up was made effortless. He set up our Comfort Profile and schedule to fit our needs and it is virtually silent and we dont feel any temperature changes at all. Very happy with the overall experience of Jones Home Svcs!!!
