There has been a lot of turn over in the staff at The Sterling, but Karen in the office has been here since I moved in and has been AMAZING the entire time. Our move into The Sterling was filled with a lot of obstacles, and I was close to losing my mind several times, due to poor management (that manager is gone now). Through it all, even though Karen was not the "boss" she stepped up and made things happen and made things right!

Small, nice and clean community on a great location. Excellent management is a cherry on top. Only drawback is slow internet connection, which is why I rated 4 stars. I recently finalized the apartment but at the last minute I realized due to k slow internet, it will not workout for me. I walkout at the last moment, and knowing my situation Marissa​ Marquez tried to help me finding other options. She knew she will not get anything out of it, but she went beyond her role and helped me find another apartment. I was not expecting that level of support from them. Thank you Marissa, this act of your really leave a unforgettable remark of Mark Tyler’s management on me.

Just checked it out on line, but the virtual tours options do not match the floor plan names...otherwise I'd consider moving here.
