  I was a little anxious about going to someone new for an upcoming dental procedure. The staff was so nice and Dr. Slavens was very good at spending time with me explaining all our options. I feel like I’m in kind and competent hands.

  I had Dr. Slavens perform a root canal this morning. It went smoothly and painless. The staff was great and took alot of the anxiety away of having a root canal done. Will definitely refer friends and family to this office.

  I had to visit Northside Endo last week. I was referred by my dentist due to something showed up in my X-ray that he couldn’t figure out. I was nervous since I couldn’t get answers about what was going on but from the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr Duncan saw me and it turns out I had a rare condition that was not Endo related but not serious. Dr Duncan said he wanted to do more research and would let me know what he found out. My appointment was at 1:00 on a Friday I figured he would get back to me sometime the following week. So to my surprise he called me later that evening to go over what he found out. I truly appreciate Dr Duncan for going above and beyond to get me the answers I needed. I appreciate his honesty and integrity by not just putting me through an unnecessary root canal. He also was transparent saying he needed to do more research since my condition was so rare and got back to me right away. I recommend this office and Dr Duncan if u ever need any type of Endodontic treatment. I’m appreciative of everything he did for me and I will always recommend his services. Thank u for showing you cared it meant a lot!
