I returned to buy my second nearly-new vehicle from these folks - 2019 Fusion. I upgraded from car I purchased from Skillman two years prior. My salesman, Johnny, took really good care of me again and had two cars waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Stephanie in loan processing was very quick and responsive to my questions and took time over the phone to browse through the internet inventory. Skillman is a trustworthy name in my book and I will continue returning (until I can't drive anymore). The Skillman family has also been very generous in the community with funding school projects and many other worthy causes. The only slight criticism I have is the somewhat aggressive sales pitches from the guy who finalized my loan. He argued with me over my declining to purchase GAP insurance from him, and I was already tired (from long day at work) and just wanting to sign and leave. This will not stop me from returning, but they need to train this individual better of the meaning of "no."
