  If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. They are super-pleasant, super-quick, and completely affordable. They got my phone on their bench right away, and 20 minutes later, I walked out with a working device. Seriously, it took 20 minutes. Great people here!! Go here, let them fix your stuff. You will be thrilled.

  Fantastically easy to work with. Skilled, knowledgeable and intuitive technicians. I have used them for cell phones, desk and laptops and have never had less than a 5-star experience. Kathy, Jeffrey and crew are great to work with.

  After finding the place (GPS guide was not very helpful)and walking in, I was promptly greeted by the tech who checked out the phone, asked pertinent information regarding the phone, and outlined the cost and warranty terms they provide for the service.
  
  Was told the wait time would be roughly a half hour to replace the damaged screen of my wife's iPhone 8+.
  
  The waiting area is tidy, with several stands for phone cases and screen protectors available for purchase (some of which, when purchased, will reduce the cost of screen repair). There is even a small play area for children, and cable tv.
  
  As promised, the screen was fixed and the phone fully operational well before the givrn time frame. Very happy with service provided! Highly recommend!
