The company's delivery driver took extra care by waiting for my mom to open the door, which is a struggle for her after her hip surgery, and immediately rushed to help her.
He asked politely if he could walk up the stairs and place the bouquet on her entry table. He also was aware that there was a package on her stoop and offered to bring it in as well. Great customer service is a #1 priority with this company. When my mom called the company to tell them what a nice job they did and how she appreciated their delivery driver they were so thrilled and touched because the driver was fairly new to their company and they were so happy and appreciative that someone cared enough to call! They definitely have my business in the future! -
