Carl helped me with everything I needed and was awesome. I couldn’t get my tire plugged here since they don’t do that anymore at Pep Boy’s, but it was still a great experience. I found out what was wrong with my tire and what I needed to do to fix it.

Carl was very helpful. He was able to get our tire fixed and us back on the road home in timely manner.

The gentleman with the gorgeous hair was so kind and helpful. Check engine light came on during my road trip from Texas to Michigan. I stopped in and not only did he fix the problem, he was also very friendly and reassuring. Thank you so much!!!

Always price things accordingly and often offer deals and work with you. The gentlemen who worked the front counter today (1-28-21) is just the nicest and most helpful guy. Super professional team!
