Very clean room, beautifully decorated and layout. Kitchenette even had a dishwasher! King bed comfortable but thought pillows were a bit too “heavy” and not fluffy. Bathroom and shower were awesome! Lots of towels and accessories. Staff was GREAT! Friendly even when they were busy. Very quiet in this hotel and had great soundproofing. To top it off, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Hot!! Roasted potatoes were delicious and crisp, eggs were great and everything was fresh and hot. It was a wonderful surprise during Covid. 5 star Hyatt for sure.
Clean, friendly, accommodating, a home away from home to an extent exceeding our expectations. Dishes, silverware and a dishwasher in the room! Remarkable!
Really love the design and decor and how it feels so much like our apartment. I also appreciate how the TVs come with Chromecast so you can stream all your favorite shows through your mobile device. My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks for business and I loved the accessibility of being able to cook my own meals, work in the own comfort of my room, exercise at the gym, go to the pool, and do laundry in house. My husband and I really loved how we were able to just walk to some of the local restaurants and dessert places that were in the plaza. It really felt like a home during our time here. The only thing I would suggest to improve is the housekeeping situation. The sign that they have on the doors is a two-in-one, meaning one side says “do not disturb” and the other side says “maid service please”. The only problem with this is that they both have the same exact design on both sides which may be easily overlooked by housekeeping services when you put the “maid service please” sign up and they instead think it says “do not disturb”. I think more explanation of how their housekeeping works would have been appreciated at the beginning of check-in. It seems like there’s a culture of leaving your trash outside your door, and them only coming in once a week to restock your towels, toilet paper, take out any trash, and fix your bed. I think we had different expectations of housekeeping due to short term hotel stays, so now that we know what to expect we’ll be able to come here again knowing what to do.
The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Our room was clean and quiet. The view was fantastic (even numbered room). There is plenty to do in the area, and it is a short drive from many other options as well. We will definitely be back!
