  It is situated in 1/2 min from US31 and Keystone parkway around the junction of Westfield and Carmel. Very ease of access to highway and shopping complex. Walk to most of the complex including Walmart, Kohl's, chilli's and many others store and restaurants with in 10/12 minute walk. Walk to coolcreek park and nature center in 10/12 minutes. Westfield school zone but the city is Carmel.

  My family and I lived in this community for two years before building a home in Westfield. The location is just minutes away from Menards, Lowes, Clay Terrace, Best Buy, Aldi, Target, and countless other stores and restaurants. I would even occasionally walk to pick up some milk when it was nice out.
  The community offers full single car garages which are great for parking in, or in our case, using as a storage unit. And, at least when we first looked there, they offered units of varying degree of remodeling. So, we had the option of a basic (maybe a little "dated") unit for a surprisingly affordable rate. Up to, a fully renovated unit with "hard wood" floors and other premium options for a still affordable price. In fact, when we first looked to lease with Carmel Landing they had a 3 bedroom town home available with the same level of cabinets and appliances, etc. that we had in our 2 bedroom apartment in Indianapolis. And, the rental price was less than what we were paying. My wife wasn't as excited as I was to save money, though, so we ended up with the upgraded model. No complaints here.
  The best part of all, though, is all this information is available to anyone online. And, once you become a resident you have access to their online maintenance and billing portals. The community we moved from in Indianapolis still to this day doesn't even have a website. Needless to say, we really appreciated being able to conduct all our business online.
  There's a small park for kids in the community, and a full sized park right on the other side of 151st street. We don't have a dog, but there is a dog park right by the playground. Dumpsters were never an issue. My only complaint, and its a personal problem, no one ever opened the top of the dumpsters. I'm too much of a germaphobe to ever open the top myself. So, you always had to walk close enough to toss a garbage bag through the side door.
  We didn't interact with maintenance much during our time there. Nothing that ever exceeded my expectations. But, no major complaints either. Actually, one time I couldn't get our garage door opener to work. The maintenance supervisor came there immediately to help. Turns out, the transmitter just needed a battery.
  If I had any negative/constructive feedback it would mostly be out of the control of the on-prem staff. For starters, there aren't any sidewalks in the neighborhood. So, there were some walkways that led directly from the parking lot to say the front door of our town house. But, no sidewalks to walk along if you ever just want to stroll through the neighborhood. There are paths to walk all over the place outside of the neighborhood, but no convenient way to get there. This made jogging, or a relaxing walk with my daughter difficult.
  I don't really have anything else to complain about at the moment. So, I'll just leave my review at that.

  I've lived in this apartment for a year. Only leaving because I lost my roommate. Its a great, affordable place. The maintenance staff is so awesome. And the office staff is super reliable. I have loved living here and i really don't want to leave. It's also walking distance to walmart, and also to a really nice park with trails. And just a couple minutes from Clay Terrace. And easy access to the highway. Highly recommend.
