Inner Balance - Pilates & Yoga Studio

I joined 1 month ago and I love this Pilates studio so much. I would go EVERY DAY if I could. But my body begs me to take breaks. ALL the instructors are wonderful. Everyone treats you like they've know you for years. The studio is extremely clean and really pretty. I've been very impressed by all the classes that are offered. They keep adding more and more. I ended up joining the VIP membership because this place is addicting!

Nice place and the instructor Janet is very nice and the front desk Jenny is very pleasant.

Would highly recommend this studio to all levels and ages! The environment is welcoming, spacious, new, and clean. The caring, responsible management want to ensure a top-notch experience for all. They offer a variety of classes with an expanded schedule making it easy to find a class to accommodate all schedules. I appreciate the in-person and virtual options. Classes by different instructors have been enjoyed and I look forward to returning!

This is the BEST place for Pilates and Yoga if you want highly knowledgeable instructors in a fun and friendly environment. I was nervous about trying the Pilates reformer class, but Heide worked with each individual to ensure that they were doing the exercises correctly and at their speed. I can’t wait for the studio to open back up!!! Try out their streamed classes for other options, too!
