The gentleman was very good at answering my questions and suggested all the ways we could take care of the problem depending on budget. He did an awesome job, was really friendly, and put up with dog and cat interruptions. All three of our dogs had no problem with him at all. Even our two that hate strangers in the house were calm around him! I definately plan on calling them again for our next plumbing issues.
